Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join our HR Team in Inwood, WV.

The HR Business Partner builds and maintains relationships with organization leaders, delivering HR solutions that support the specific business needs of each assigned client/functional group in achievement of business objectives. Serves as a consultant and acts as a strategic partner by providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business. Proactively assess and diagnose organizational issues in partnership with Management and provides recommendations and solutions for all people and culture initiatives.

Key Tasks &Activities...

  • Serve as dedicated HR business consultant to leadership of assigned site, regional operations, and functional groups to determine and deliver human capital strategy in support of corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
  • Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
  • Initiate, facilitate or implement HR programs and initiatives to promote workforce development
  • Facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
  • Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization
  • Drive the people processes and HR administration (performance, development, career, payroll/benefit administration) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards and support efficient back-office HR practice
  • Guide, coach and support managers in processes associated with performance management, retention strategies and employee development.
  • Implement HR policies and reward strategy to constructively engage employees and have positive employee experiences with the organization
  • Maintain full awareness and compliance with local, state and federal regulations to ensure full compliance and responsiveness to any employee related matters aligned to regulations and internal standards for positive employee relations
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
  • Counsel and coach managers on effectively resolving employee relations issues, serving as a moderator for escalated situations to resolve conflict
  • Conduct management training pertaining to leadership, change, teams, etc. as well as HR programs and rollouts
  • Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units

Who we are looking for...

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field. Graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge in supported function/business unit
  • Demonstrated strength in relationship building and consulting skills with success influencing leaders at all levels

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; HRIS

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality and credibility
